The hotel is located just 2 stops away from Interlaken Ost station, making it super convenient for accessing all activities in the Alps. The rooms were a bit noisy and hot, lacking air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable in the heat. The staff is incredibly nice and responsive, always checking if guests need anything.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was on a lower level with a fantastic view of the valley and mountains, very clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, and the staff even provided us with free bus tickets. The location, although a bit far from the center, was breathtaking and offered easy access to transportation. The dining experience was varied and rich, perfect for starting the day right. Overall, a great value for money option with a few minor drawbacks.
